Synedra Coleman is a visionary nurse leader, spiritual healer, and the founder of Velaisance Aesthetics, a sanctuary where clinical innovation meets soulful transformation. With over 23 years of experience in the operating room as both a Registered Nurse and Surgical Technologist — and more than 5 years as a leadership-level OR Nurse Manager — Synedra’s care philosophy merges deep medical expertise with intentional, sacred beauty.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics and is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification. Her work across 34 states has shaped her reputation as a dynamic health leader with a passion for equity, access, and evidence-based transformation.

But Velaisance is more than just a med spa — it’s a vision born from lived experience. As a woman, wife, mother, and spiritual guide, Synedra has created a space where women can reclaim their power, nourish their bodies, and honor their glow from the inside out.
